Human 2 Human Ministries is an organization dedicated to creating “B. R. A. V. E.” spaces for humanity to thrive, with a focus on social justice, diversity, and reconciliation. To further their mission, they needed a streamlined approach to managing their operations, clients, and daily tasks.
The Challenge:
The organization faced challenges in managing their documents, tracking client interactions, and maintaining daily operational tasks, which hindered their ability to focus on their core mission and revenue generation.
To address these challenges, I reorganized all of their organizational documents within Google Workspace, ensuring easy access and collaboration. I also helped them collect and log all of their contacts and clients into ClickUp, a task management tool. This allowed them to efficiently manage leads, track client relationships, and simplify their daily operations.
The Solution
By implementing these solutions, Human 2 Human Ministries was able to streamline their operations, maintain consistent relationships with their clients, and focus more on their mission of fostering social justice and diversity. The improved organization also enabled the ministry to concentrate on increasing revenue and sustaining their impactful work.
